Land Stewardship, Water Security and Regenerative Agriculture

Operating 24 working farms and ranches across 1,000+ protected, high-value acres in the North Fork Valley and Western Colorado.

Our Mission

Located in the beautiful mountain valley of Paonia, CO and operating throughout Western Colorado, Radiance Farms is a multi-generational endeavor serving as the flagship hub of an international regenerative agriculture network.

We serve as dedicated stewards focused on food and water security, headwaters protection, and long-term agricultural resilience.

We are owner-operators, farmers, ranchers, systems designers, hydrologists, builders and land stewards. We manage crops and livestock, operate our own biofuel-powered, carbon-neutral earthmoving fleet, cultivate the living soil, manage critical water rights and systems, and actively steward, restore, and direct the ecological health of our regional watersheds.

ABOUT US

Leadership & Heritage
Radiance Farms is directed by Eli Wolcott, bringing over three decades of hands-on expertise in agricultural operations, hydrology, civil earthworks, and conservation initiatives. Born and raised on a working farm and ranch, Eli combines lifelong agrarian roots and advanced degrees with the extensive experience required to direct complex regenerative networks in the United States and abroad. He bridges the gap between sophisticated capital architecture—including the R5 Facility—and the ground-level reality of building secure, drought-resilient agricultural systems.

Our Team & Community
Our team lives, works, and farms across Western Colorado and the North Fork Valley. Because we manage and steward land and water directly, we build enduring trust with our neighbors, local agricultural partners, and residential stewards. This hands-on approach provides complete accountability and regional competence, enabling us to execute landscape-scale restoration and resilience projects.

OPERATIONS & INFRASTRUCTURE

We manage over 1,000 acres of protected working lands as an integrated ecosystem of agricultural production, water systems, small-business incubators, residency and hosting sites, and community venues.

  • Land Defragmentation & Headwaters Protection: We unify fragmented parcels into contiguous, protected agricultural and habitat corridors. This protects prime working acreage, preserves native wildlife habitat and migration corridors, and safeguards the high-altitude headwaters of the Colorado River that sustain Western Colorado and the Southwestern US.
  • Earthworks & Water Infrastructure (Catalyst): Water is the lifeblood of the West. Through our integrated earthworks and civil division, Catalyst, we design and build landscape-scale hydrological resilience and water security. We manage municipal lines for drinking water, construct gravity-fed retention cascades, establish deep aquifer recharge zones, and install advanced irrigation networks to secure regional water supplies against prolonged drought.
  • Data & Telemetry Verification (EcoAtlas): We verify ecological performance with real-time empirical data. Through our geospatial telemetry division, EcoAtlas, we deploy stream-flow meters, remote IoT soil sensor arrays, and aerial imaging to provide partners and fiduciaries with transparent, continuous validation of watershed uplift and soil health.
  • Regenerative Agriculture & Production: Our farms and ranches operate as high-yield agricultural models centered on biological soil fertility, rotational grazing, and regional food security. They also serve as working educational and research stations, mentoring incoming land managers and global residency participants in practical, resilient regenerative farm operations.
  • Residency, Hosting & Community Venues: Our properties provide long-term housing and leased land for agricultural stewards, families, remote workers, researchers, students, artists, and residential tenants. Across the year, our venues host community workshops, educational symposiums, seasonal gatherings, and visiting researchers, anchoring a vibrant, land-based local economy.
  • Regenerative & Solar Design-Build: We bring decades of applied leadership to passive solar architecture and sustainable living infrastructure—having authored foundational texts in the field. We lead specialized workshops, symposiums, and capital improvement projects focused on practical solar building, thermal greenhouses, and autonomous infrastructure.
